Processing steps:
- minc to nrrd format convertion (with a modified script from Sylvain)
- using DTIPrep to check if all the DWIs have 26 gradients
- checking and shuffling the data manually if needed
- combining multiple acquisitions to one DWI
- DTIPrep for image quality control
- Visually check the QC'ed DWIs
- DTI Computing
